LevyBase - Training Levy Collection system
LevyBase allows training levies (payments) to be collected from businesses on a monthly basis, based on employment-weeks. Employers log onto the system each month and complete a contribution schedule. On the basis of this schedule LevyBase generates a statement with attached invoice/s.
LevyBase demonstrates our ability to cater to a highly-specialised requirement in a very short time-frame.
Administration
LevyBase provides full backend control by fund administration staff to view, edit and report on employer contributions.
- Creation of new charge periods
- Monitor employer progress on completing returns and making payments

Employers
LevyBase is very much a self-service system for companies to manage their own contribution obligations. The challenge for Capesso was to make our system fast and highly intuitive to use so that busy office staff can use the system each month.

Reports
LevyBase provides standard (set) reports and the ability to retrieve lists of employers and members based on flexible search criteria.
- Standard reports for management committees.
- A suite of financial reports to support cash reconciliation and accounting functions
- Exception reports to detect errors and omissions in data entry.
